The “Galician Innovation Agency” (GAIN), with the collaboration of the “Barrié Foundation”, has launched the IGNICIA program, aimed at pushing research results to the market.

Thirty projects from all Galician R&D institutions entered the competition, from which seven projects were selected for the investment stage. UbiSmart by GTI has been one of winners. This technology allows users to interact with cell phone-resident applications via desktop screens and  keyboards, enabling new business models.
